Where can I purchase KASHO shears and styling razors?

Are left handed shears available?
Yes. Our Ivory Series includes 2 left-handed shears (Model #’s KIV52SL & KIV52OSL).

What are the differences between the shears in each series?
We offer a wide variety of shears to suit the needs of all professional stylists. From our premium Millennium Series to our more economical Design Master Series, all of our shears are made with high-quality Japanese stainless steel using expert craftsmanship. In addition, all of our shears are 100% made in Japan. However, there are some subtle differences between the series in terms of material, craftsmanship and technology.
Where I can send my shears for sharpening?
We recommend sending all KASHO shears to our authorized service center, Scott Roskam's Custom Sharpening by Hand. For residents of the Central & Eastern US, the address is 21649 MT Hwy 35, Bigfork, MT 59911. For residents of the Western US, the address is PO Box 755, Temple City, CA 91780. They can be contacted by calling (800) 669-3555 or visiting their website www.customsharpening.com.
How often I should send my shears to the KASHO service center for sharpening?
Based on average usage, we recommend sending your KASHO shears in for sharpening once a year. However, based on the frequency and intensity of use, some shears may require more frequent sharpening.
What is the KASHO warranty program?
All KASHO Shears are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the shears. In addition, purchasers of the Design Master, Ivory & Blue Series receive one free sharpening within the 1st year of purchase. Purchasers of the Green & Millennium Series receive 2 free sharpenings within the 1st 2 years of purchase.
What do I do if my shears require work that is covered under warranty?
Please enclose your completed warranty card with a check or money order for $7.00 US funds. Protect against loss by shipping in a suitable package and insure the shipment. Do not send boxes or cases with shears. Secure the blades, place the shears in a sleeve and then into a padded mailer. Send to:
